ColabLoop is a workspace for music producers who want to build something with someone else — and want the credits and ownership sorted out while everyone is still on good terms.
Finding the right producer used to mean scrolling type-beat comment sections, messaging strangers on Instagram, and hoping a cloud link still worked by the time someone opened it. You'd send a loop back and forth, lose track of which version was actually the latest, wonder whether anyone had even listened, and work out who owned what only after the track was finished — usually the hard way.
ColabLoop replaces that with one flow. Browse real loops filtered by genre, mood, tempo and key. Send a request for free. Work inside a single private room where every stem is versioned and every message is kept. And agree on credits and ownership before the collaboration is complete, rather than after it.
The part most platforms leave to chance, we made structural. Every producer is reviewed by our team against their selling profile before they can publish. Every loop is checked against commercial releases before it goes live. And a track cannot be marked finished until both collaborators have confirmed the split.
What we hold to
A person checks every producer
There is no automatic approval and no way to skip the queue. Someone opens the marketplace profile you submitted, looks for the code you posted, and decides. It is slower than a scraper and it is the reason a message here gets read.
Asking is free and always will be
Browsing, previewing, messaging, requesting, the workspace, the stems and the download cost nothing. We sell upload quota to producers who publish. We do not sell placement, ranking or visibility.
Rights get settled before the track does
Completion requires agreement from both collaborators. That is not a reminder in a help document — a collaboration cannot be marked finished until both of you have confirmed the split.
Your private details stay private
Your legal name, IPI number, PRO affiliation and contact handles are never shown on any page. They go to one collaborator, once, at the moment a split actually has to be registered.
We don't invent numbers
Every figure on this site — producers verified, loops live, collaborations finished — is counted from the database when the page loads. If a number here looks small, it is because it is, and we would rather tell you that than round it up.
